Towne House Realty Real Estate School offers Pre-Licence courses for those who wish to obtain their Licence, as well as Continuing Education courses for Real Estate Professionals who need to renew their license.

Pre-Licence Course's for Real Estate Salespeople
$169.00*
  • *Includes books and materials (exam fee to the State is additional)

  • Classes on Saturday mornings 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Taught by Professional Real Estate Brokers who do Real Estate for a living (not just an instructor)
  • Total of eight classes (24 hours required by the State)

Continuing Education Classes
  • Thursday evenings 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Covers State requirements for license renewal
